You will be part of IBI’s friendly and supportive community.
One of IBI’s many strengths is the close working relationship among IBI staff and students. As a result of the excellent support system offered to all students, no one gets left behind.
BA students are part of a ‘small group’ which is a staff-led single gender group where students and staff can meet to pray for and encourage one another. The entire staff and student body also meet together for prayer, worship and reflection. Once a year, the classroom doors close and studying is paused while IBI staff and students spend a few days together in retreat.
“Being around all my IBI classmates, who were also coping with the demands of trying something new, gave me a sense of community and camaraderie. I love looking back at the progression of relationships and seeing how God forms friendships between people who may not otherwise have been friends. Community among the body of Christ is a beautiful thing, and IBI is a great example of how it can look.”
Jo Ellis, missionary
“One of the greatest dimensions of Christian fellowship is to discover friends in other countries I didn’t know I had. I found them at Irish Bible Institute, in the heart of a world-class city, Dublin, doing ordinary work connected to our extraordinary Lord and gospel. A hope-filled and faithful bundle of teachers, staff and students. I wish I were a student all over again: I’d study at IBI!”
